| ABOVE: Julie Chase-Morefield, Executive Director of Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio, spoke at the Lorain Lions luncheon meeting on October 9. She explained the exploding growth in its food distribution operations to meet the need to combat hunger in our region. The organization has raised over $4 million to enable the building of a new food distribution facility on Baumhart Road and still needs $750,000 to complete the project.
